We're on the lookout for an experienced Senior Software Engineer able to contribute to our technical stack, Go in the backend to React (nextjs) in the frontend from day one. You'll play a key role in product development, put your ideas into action, and contribute to shape the Software Supply Chains of the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain our core software products using Go and React
- Apply deep technical understanding of software supply chains and devops practices to guide product development
- Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features
- Troubleshoot issues and bugs and enhance application performance
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and incorporate new technologies to optimize development efficiency
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our open-source project: Chainloop Open Source
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a backend engineer using Go, frontend experience with React is a big plus
- Experience with containers, Kubernetes and with basic operational practices such as Prometheus monitoring
- Hands-on experience and deep understanding of software supply chain and devops practices
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with working on remote teams and comfortable with async communication
- Experience with open-source projects is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
