We are seeking a founding commercial hire to own how the world discovers Chainloop. This is a high-impact, foundational role: you will build our voice, our demand engine, and our product-led growth motion from scratch. As a “founding” member of this function, you will define the brand and the systems, and help us hire the growth team that grows beneath you.
Our vision is to automate trust in the software the world ships, so enterprises can move at AI speed without losing control. Banks, governments, and Fortune 500s already pay us to prove every release is secure and compliant. Your job is to make us impossible to ignore, turning our story into a steady stream of demand and a self-serve funnel that scales us into the mid-market.
This is not a brand-for-brand’s-sake seat, and it is not a one-person content agency. You are a builder, first and foremost. You use AI to produce and personalize at a scale a traditional marketer cannot, and you measure yourself in pipeline, not vanity reach.
What We’re Looking For
- A Storyteller: You make technical value clear and compelling for developer and security audiences.
- Builder and Hacker DNA: You use AI and automation to produce more and faster, and you wire up your own tools.
- Product-Led Growth Instinct: You measure trials, activation, conversion, and pipeline, not vanity reach.
- Commercially Minded: You tie every growth activity to demand and revenue.
- Self-Directed: You ship fast and thrive in ambiguity. Dev tools, security, or B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
Dos (The Actions We Expect)
- DO own inbound demand end to end. Content, SEO, website conversion, lifecycle, and organic social.
- DO build an AI-native content engine that turns founder and customer knowledge into a steady stream of posts, guides, and stories.
- DO own the self-serve SaaS trial funnel. Drive signups, get users to value fast, and flag the high-intent accounts for sales to close.
- DO run the demand side of events and conferences (Ops handles the logistics).
- DO own the website as a growth surface. Messaging, conversion, experiments.
- DO default to AI and automation in everything you build.
