We are seeking a founding commercial hire to own how Chainloop wins its next customers. This is a high-impact, foundational role: you will build our entire go-to-market engine and the commercial culture of the company, not just hit a pipeline number. As a “founding” member of this function, you will define the playbooks and the tooling, and help us hire the GTM team that grows beneath you.
Our vision is to automate trust in the software the world ships, so enterprises can move at AI speed without losing control. Banks, governments, and Fortune 500s already pay us to prove every release is secure and compliant. Your job is to turn that market pull into a repeatable engine, hunting and winning new enterprise deals and building the AI-powered system that books them.
This is not a high-volume manual SDR seat, and it is not a content marketing seat. You are a builder, first and foremost. You treat pipeline as a systems and automation problem, you reach for AI before headcount, and you are technically credible with security and platform engineering buyers.
What We’re Looking For
- A Hunter with Fire in the Eyes: You love to chase and win deals, ideally with enterprise or technical-buyer experience.
- Commercial Instinct: You qualify fast, write a sharp outbound message, and prep a founder for a high-stakes call.
- Builder and Hacker DNA: You wire up your own stack (Clay, AI agents, CRM, lead scoring) and automate before you hire.
- Technically Credible: Comfortable with security and platform engineering buyers without being a deep engineer yourself.
- Resilient and Resourceful: Scrappy, thick-skinned on outbound, calm under pressure, and thrives in ambiguity.
Dos (The Actions We Expect)
- DO own outbound enterprise pipeline end to end. Prospecting, sequencing, and qualification, run as automated systems rather than manual grind.
- DO keep the CEO’s calendar full of qualified discovery calls, then build the system that books them repeatably.
- DO build the GTM stack. Enrichment, AI outbound, RevOps plumbing, lead scoring, internal tools. Your first instinct should be the IDE, not a spreadsheet.
- DO close the faster deals yourself. Qualify enterprise deals for the CEO to close, and own the faster mid-market deals as our self-serve SaaS motion grows.
- DO shape the strategy. Sharpen ICP and messaging with the founders, test new channels, and lay the groundwork for the future sales team.
- DO default to AI and automation in everything you build.
